The Document Templates functionality is designed to help practices create, manage, and reuse standardised documents for patient and administrative communication. By using predefined and customisable templates with built-in merge fields, practices can automatically populate documents with patient and practice data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation while significantly reducing the time spent on repetitive document creation.
Clinical Note Templates
Note Templates allow to create and save standard text for notes that are used regularly. Instead of typing the same information each time, users can select a template and add it to a patient note. The text can then be edited if needed.

DP Client Tool
The DP Client Tool is a dedicated application that manages the settings required for X-Ray bridging and scanning functionality. It can be installed on each required computer directly from the Patient Record by any user with the appropriate permissions. Watch DentalPlus Video
Digital Signature App
For digital signatures only, we recommend the Amazon Fire 10 tablet due to its regular updates, reliability, and competitive pricing. Once the tablet is set up, simply download the DentalPlus Remote Forms v4 and use the QR code to connect the tablet to the DentalPlus system.
